Just wanna sharing a bit knowledge. hari tu ada banker tanya how to calculate the premium for extension lease term...mengagau cari..lama x kire....so here, just wanna share the theory....kena ingat rumus yerk...
Premium for residential : 1/2 * 1/100 * value of the land * term of lease
Premium for Squatters ; 1/8 * 1/100 * Value of the land * term of lease
Premium for extension of term lease : 1/4 * 1/100 * value of land * term of lease
That is, klo ingat rumus mmg senang je.....hehe....ni just basic knowledge so org bukan land office pun kena tahu. Next time maybe can update the basic knowledge regarding valuation/ something regarding property..^^
